HORMONE THERAPY

We are proud to offer women personalized, medically-guided hormone optimization, including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), designed to meet their unique needs. As hormone levels naturally decline during midlife, many women experience a variety of physical and emotional symptoms. Unfortunately, these concerns are often dismissed or minimized, with women being told that such symptoms are simply a "normal" part of aging. This can leave many feeling frustrated and without the answers they need.

We are here to help. Jessica, our highly experienced, board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health, is dedicated to supporting women on their journey toward hormone optimization. Jessica is a proud member of both The Canadian Menopause Society and The Menopause Society, bringing specialized expertise to her practice. Whether you're seeking relief from symptoms or looking to explore how hormone balance can improve your overall well-being, Jessica offers compassionate, expert guidance to help you take control of your health.

Best of all, these services are available virtually, so women across Ontario can access the care they deserve from the comfort of their own homes.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

It starts with a VIRTUAL initial consultation. With the use of CHR Connect, a secure medical application, you will be able to connect to our virtual clinic from anywhere in Ontario. 

  • What is included: A comprehensive 50-minute virtual consultation, which includes an in-depth review of your blood work and the detailed women’s health intake.

    Any and all prescriptions related to your customized care plan will be sent to your pharmacy of choice.

    Note that the cost of the medications and any supplements recommended is not included in this fee, but often covered by benefit plans.

    Cost: $350

  • What is included: Virtual follow-ups are customized to your individual needs and are typically scheduled every 2-6 months. These sessions are intended to check in on your progress, symptom management and overall success. Any prescriptions or medication renewals that are needed will be faxed to your pharmacy at the time of follow-up.

    Cost: $175 for a 30 minute session.

THE HRT PROCESS

HOW TO BOOK YOUR BHRT APPOINTMENT

    1. Create an account with CHR Connect by clicking “sign up” (you will need to SIGN UP by creating a new account even if you are an existing Bonita client). If you are completing the registration on your mobile phone, you’ll need to download the CHR Connect App. A verification will be sent to your email to finalize your account.

    2. Once your account is verified,  you will need to choose BONITA MEDICAL AESTHETICS & WELLNESS as the clinic.

    3. Next click on the "+" tab to request an appointment. Please choose INITIAL CONSULTATION.

    4. Once the payment is processed, you will receive instructions to complete the intake and consent form. A blood work requisition will be sent to you within 48 hrs of registration.
